Mediation in Iowa should not be costly and Joe's fees reflect Iowa values: Hourly rates are $285.00 per hour for mediation with no administrative fee. WC mediations are billed at $200 for each of the first three hours. Arbitration is billed at $300 per hour. Travel time is billed at $100 per hour plus mileage (airline fees and hotel expenses may apply.)
Background and Experience
Cases mediated and arbitrated include district court cases of all kinds: personal injury, employment, products liability, and fire cause/origin cases. Joe has mediated commercial matters, real estate, sexual abuse, medical malpractice, real estate agent malpractice, legal malpractice and accounting malpractice cases. Real estate partition, probate and agricultural matters. With his extensive background in construction litigation, he has mediated all types of construction related cases. He also has an active workers’ compensation mediation practice.
